About/est. 2009

I was going to write a huge life-story…but uh I changed my mind its not about me its about the machines. I’m here to provide the world with the best running machines possible which carry a lifetime guarantee {duhh!).Don’t have one? …get one!…got one?.-..you ‘ve got it…get it?

I use my interest for math and physics ..for the electrical parts. I use my past job experience in the steel factory for my hardware. I use my experience as music producer to find the resonation with tuning.

I have had the great honor to learn old time secrets and history about Tattoo Machines from a great artist and friend Bill Loika.

Besides fully personalizing my builds upon request ,I am proud to have Jose Lopez from low rider tattoo studios, Dan Henk, Lyle Tuttle and Joe Capobianco joining the force creating a whole new global movement.

Check out Jose using my knuckle Machine.

Tuning Tips

MACHINE STUTTERS

Make sure your clipcord is fully functional and undamaged.

Check if your springs ae in order (no holes and no rust).

Check if all the solder is in good condition and in place.

MACHINE CHANGES SPEED

Check your contact screw and frontspring on dirt.

You have a crappy imitation power supply. try it on another one (eikon, critical, catpower).

Your coils are not appropriatly wrapped.

CONTACTSCREW

If the contact screw is silver, it will have better electrical guidance but it will get dirty more often than a brass or copper one.

If you see a black spot on the top of your contactscrew pull some medium/fine structured sanding paper between the frontspring and the contactscrew.

SPRINGS

First check if your springs are in order (no holes and no rust).

Always try to bend springs in concave (circle like) no hard angles they will last longer.

30-35 degrees is a good basic for your frontspring.

Slightly bend the backspring after loosen the screw on your machines springdeck as is, avoid heavy tension but increase it until you reach the wanted result.
